The Therapy Lounge is a private mental health practice. Like any practice, their business model boils down to one thing: getting a steady, predictable stream of new patient inquiries.

The Brief
They needed a lead gen engine from paid ads that actually made money (a decent ROAS). But the problem being that they’re in the mental health sector.
This is the big one. Google and Meta aren't huge fans of this category - and with good reason. It didn't sit particularly well when devising our targeting strategy butultimately our client is thertohelp and they have some of the best reviews in the business.
The ad platforms policies are a minefield, it feels like you’re guilty until proven innocent, and even then, your ads get disapproved for breathing wrong.
The Approach
In a sensitive industry, you don't fight the platforms. You out-think them.
We reverse-engineered the entire strategy to be 100% compliant from the ground up. This wasn't about "trying" to get ads approved; it was about building a system that was designed to not fail.
The plan: hit high-intent users on Google (people actively searching for help) and then use smart, policy-safe retargeting on Meta to nurture the ones who were curious but not ready to commit.
Technical Implementation
The Therapy Lounge got a full-scale advertising and tracking solution built to handle the chaos of the mental health sector.
