Hear Me London is an audiology practice. They provide first in class services for new and returning clients for all things ear related. Their digital presence was lacking however, an outdated website, lead and client was random and unstructured - they needed to modernise and create a process to acquire new patients.
The Brief
They needed a professional website, a booking system that wasn't a nightmare to use, and a lead generation marketing infrastructure. The core objective: stop being invisible and build a machine to acquire new patients.
The first goal was to fill the calendar of their new site.
The Approach
We developed a comprehensive digital strategy focused on one thing: the patient journey. We wanted to make it seamless, from the first ad they see, to booking an appointment, to getting follow-up care.
The plan: build a new, modern site, plug in a custom booking system, implement our standard (and essential) server-side tracking, and then fire up the ad campaigns on Google and Meta.
Technical Implementation

- Server-Side Tracking: We implemented our signature server-side tracking using Stape and Google Tag Manager. This gets them comprehensive, accurate analytics that bypass browser-blocking nonsense.
- Website Design & Development: We built a modern, responsive website that looks professional and, most importantly, works flawlessly on mobile.
- Digital Marketing Infrastructure: We launched targeted Google and Meta ad campaigns to get in front of potential patients right now. We also developed a separate hearing aid landing page system for product-specific marketing and a full blog content strategy for long-term SEO.
